November Catholic Kids Bulletin

These FREE Printables are offered each month to help young Catholics learn at Mass. You are welcome to print and share with others. If you can afford it, click Support CKB and donate to help pay for the time and effort put into these pages. Enjoy!

November starts off with All Saint Day, then we learn about a few new saints, and one that you're kids are probably familiar with. The bulletins highlight Saint Martin de Porres, Saint Leo the Great, Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, and Saint Nicholas! Advent starts at the end of November, so we have a great coloring page of an Advent wreath and we start the countdown to Christmas!

Speaking of Advent--start thinking about those Advent traditions. We have a simple Advent wreath and an even more simple Jesse Tree. After trying out a TON of different Jesse trees, we now have a very professional tree...or not. We actually use a deck of cards from the dollar tree with pictures of our favorite Bible heros. I glued them onto some felt, and we toss them onto a felt Jesse tree. We read a story from their children's bible to remember the story of each Bible hero. It's not fancy and it's not perfect, but it's SIMPLE and it's been the perfect Jesse tree for my kiddos. I don't seem to have a picture, but it's similar to this craft on Creatiful Kids.
